IF CONTRACTED
Previously if the lister and the target are both over 1 million(tanks) the target loses 1 full level.
NOW => regardless of listers level if the target is over level 3 million - it loses 1 full level.
REASONS - maybe a way to fight back against the strength of the big girls??

Typically a holiday or world day or similar - some a little "thin" but hey ho.

Can now be turned on and off again - but the "switch" is above the badge.

Punch Fest
Is in and running but a few tweaks.
End timer now works.
Re Punch clock is NOW 10 minutes.
Progresso lost is NOW 10% of normal.
You only need this update for home page Punch Fest end timer - the rest is server side.
Punch Drunk
PUNCH FAMILY AND PUNCH ON FAMILY PAGE
Still works great but the buttons move and will reload in different places.
This is to stop autoclickers.
Click on a punch button and it dissapears - reload family and they are back.
Reloading may well have the buttons in different places - so look carefully.

Messaging
You can mute anyone and everybody but ALL ALL ALL mutes are overridden for 24 hours from your last sent message -
24 hours is up mutes will work.
MML4
Now achievable with 400k bosses defeated rather than first 4 sets to 20k.
FOR THOSE THAT WILL CRY FOUL - there will (soon) be an achievement for the 560k you had to kill and they wont get
that yet.
MM HATS
Can now get the 50% hats at MML4 - so can get one - way before the other.
CASH AND BANK TOTALS
Short version = you can only hold a little over 18 quint in cash or the same in the bank.
Therefore if you aquire 15 quint in the bank or in cash then 5 quint will AUTO CONVERT to a gold bar.
Gold bars are easier to store and count towards your cash totals for rankings.
You can manually cash in a gold bar if your total cash wouldnt exceed 15 quint - so holding under 10 quint
cash.
No gold bars? No cash in button.
No image yet, but look on Bank - gold bars are listed as an asset.
COLLECT
Collect is now truly auto and you can close ANY AND ALL profiles.
So long as you have logged in within 30 days collect will run for you on the server.
Just save your settings as you wish them to be (if you havent before).
Also includes Auto Vault in Italy if you have started a profile there.
So collect will no longer run in a tab - it does not need one.
Collect is automatic for 30 days and free for every account - dont want it? try saving blanked settings - want to
do some manually? untick those things and save.
CONTRACT LIMITS
NO LIMITS IF KILL FEST
NO LIMITS IF BOTH ABOVE 1 MILLION
OR:
Reaching down = half your level for most.
REACHING UP:
If YOU are at least 100k = no limit
if YOU are less than 100k = 500,000 levels reach UNLESS you have 80% (or greater) of their defence as your attack
= same as fighting.
Reasoning: Using under 10k (reallocate for fun) or just rubbish accounts to reach high is just a nonsense.
PUNCH DAMAGE
Simplified so easier to understand.
GONE IS => Mathmatical-LevelAdjusted-StrengthAadjusted-GeniusButComplicated.
IN IS => Random damage between 6 and 11 per cent for all => doubled in killfest.
Not perfect => but simplified to a rule all can understand.
Should be good for a few shitz, giggles and frustrations...

Over level 1 million
TANK RULES WHERE 1 PLAYER ONLY IS IN THE TANK
Reach down is normal (200k max hitting down out of Tank) - unless window.
Tank player can only lose normal progresso per death but how deep they can go is unlimited.
FIGHT REACH UP only into Tank is max 500k levels
- OR -
you need 80% of their defence for your attack (then maybe you will win with force).
BOTH PLAYERS ARE TANK PLAYERS
No level limits on hitting INSIDE the tank (up or down).
A player loses one whole level per death with no limit on how deep they can go.
BLOCKS ETC
Blocks, maintenance etc still currently used as normal.
City limits DO NOT APPLY - NO LIMITS - in the Tank.
BOSSES
Re-open and run (non tier bosses) past boss level 20,000 once you reach profile level 1 million.
Opening up increases further achievement skill points (averaging 1 per boss) but NOT cash.
Of course they also get gradually harder too - but can go a long way quickly.
You dont need this update for that to happen - it will => you need this update so that General counts the bosses
correctly => older versions do not.
NOTES ON THIS
With enough attack you can make stamina UNTIL you are level 350k (on Cyber Bosses which is the route to level 1
million) when you wont any more => DEPENDS ON YOUR ATTACK.
It has been discovered this is a great target for massive family ranking accounts.
By default if several run some up here then a game may develop over level 1 million => any such game should have
its own rules in that it could become "THE TANK" => where the rules might change.
SUPER LOOT DEFENCE
If you are both under level MML3 then defence no longer automatically counts in a fight.
So Super loot defence only counts if attacked by a MML3 or above.
CONTRACT HEALING
You will no longer fully heal when running Contracts.
The GF has made a new hospital on the top of Contracts hill.
You can't shoot while dead so if dead you will heal to 15%.
At 15% you are deemed "well enough" to be shooting out of the new hospital window.
So no full heal but healed to 15% - if health is less.
FIGHTING RULES
FIGHT RESTRICTIONS - DOWN - HIGH LEVELS
Current rules limited to 200k reach down max so a 400k could only reach down to 200k despite percentage rule.
FIGHT RESTRICTIONS - UP - UNDER 10K ONLY
To reach above 10k your raw bases (total) must be at least 80% of your targets combined bases or you cant hit.
REASONS:
Under 10k's have a silly advantage and can re-allocate to all attack - where a 20k can not re-allocate to
defend.
Stops someone making a pair of 9k's in a few days and just using rubbish accounts to reach and drain with 40k+
stamina per day.
You want to reach up and compete - make them competitive - not just make them...
