You collect the rental vehicles by doing the Assault job on the Job Tab.

To rent out your vehicles, your papers must be up to date. To update your papers, go to the Rentals tab, then click the Papers tab and update your papers by clicking the “Update Papers” button. ( If you have Auto, it will do this for you.)

The fee for updating your papers is paid in stamina and varies depending on the number of vehicles you own.
The maximum Cost to Renew Papers is 1,000 Stamina.
When you update your Papers you will receive 50 Skill Points and 25 Uncut Diamonds.
When you clean and rent out your vehicles, you collect cash/income.
Each pays $500,000 x your Level at the time of collection.
The maximum cost to clean and re-rent each Rental Loot Item is 500 stamina.

Your rental income is collected once every 24 hours.
Any new un-rented vehicles are added to your fleet after the current income is collected.
Rented Out - Number you owned when Auto Cleaned and Re-rented.

So when you are high enough in level and have a full set of Rental Loot Items you'll be paying out 1500 in stamina a day to rent and clean, and then an extra 1000 stamina every 7 days to renew your papers.

Collecting your rental income, also, gives you progresso - 1000 items rented out is exactly 1 level in progresso....so, if you have the max - you will get 3 levels and 30 skills.

It is the amount of progresso you get that decides whether you level and that depends on what you have rented out.

Each item pays 1/1000 of progresso needed for level, so 1000 items = 1 level and 10 sp for leveling.

Collecting Rental Items:

You collect the rental vehicles by doing the Assault Jobs. Click on Jobs (1) in the main navigation bar, then click on Assault Jobs (2). Rental items are awarded when you complete the 3 lower jobs (3).

Renewing Papers:

To update your papers, go to the Rentals Tab (1). Then click on Papers (2) in the sub-navigation bar. To get you papers up to date click on Update Papers (3) button. The cost will increase as you grow in the game. The maximum cost of renewing papers is 1,000 stamina. You will also see a timer (4) in yellow, this indicates how long you have left before you need to renew your Papers again. The maximum time you can have on Papers is 14 days. When you only have 7 days left, the option to renew will show up. Every time you renew your papers you will also be given 50 Skill Points and 25 Uncut Diamonds.

Renting Out and Cleaning:

You can rent out and clean you Rental items every 24 hours. To do so costs stamina. This increases as the number of items have increases. The maximum costs is 500 stamina per item every 24 hours. The number of vehicles rented out (1), is the number you when the Clean and Rerent Button is pressed. If you aquire more by completing more Assualt Jobs over the following 24 hours, they will added to you total. The maximum number of Rental items is 1,000 per item.

When you collect the items every 24 hours you are rewarded with Cash and Progresso. The Cash reward (2) is calculated by mutiplying the Level of your accountwhen you Clean and Rent x $500,000. Progresso is based on what you need to level up. For every Rental item you have you will gain 0.1% (3) of the progresso you need to level up. So when you have 1,000 of all 3 Rental items you will gain 3 full levels every 24 hours.

The Rental items provide a great source of added income in the game. As with the Adjustable Loot items as you grow the value of them grow.
