You will see the options for Force Defence on your player profile (1). You can decide between F1 and F5 (2). Force 1 (3), is the strength of defence you already have and as such will not use any additional stamina. To change the strength of defence used click on the corresponding number.
Please pay close attention the text provided along with this function on your profile page (4).
If you leave your Defence Force on F5 and find yourself being chained you will go through stamina very fast. So please pay attention to what you are doing.
