You can NOT deposit if Stamina Bank holds more than 99,999 stamina - You can only deposit UNTIL Stamina Bank holds 100,000, any additional Stamina will be returned to your ingame Stamina total.
Banked Stamina is untouchable - it is used for nothing.
A Deposit is a Deposit and not the total in the bank - A Deposit will achieve all available achievements up to the Deposited Amount. The Option to withdraw stamina appears after you have banked stamina.
